Environmental
information (data) is most useful when it leads to environmental
resource conservation measures and new discoveries. Among the
essential prerequisites for such an outcome is the ready availability
of existing data. Not only data published in scientific journals
or governmental reports (most of which have a limited circulation),
but also unpublished observations made by professionals, resource
users and nature enthusiasts.
ITME
offers consultancies in the creation of such data bases (e.g.
Marine Habitats of Dominica).
ITME can assist or build data bases with existing data sets
and or in combination with new research and data
repositories (www.itme.org/data.htm), as requested by interested
parties (individual, commercial, governmental or NGO).

concrete objectives, you may also complete
and submit the Project
Information Form. The form is used
to evaluate your request and provide you with specified project
options.
