STEP
2 Submit your application:
Applications submitted to ITMEmust include:
1) completed application form
2) resumé
3) names and addresses of 3 references
4) official transcript from student's home institution
5) personal statement
6) US $ 150.00 non-refundable application fee Note:
Your application will not be processed until the application fee
is received. Payments must be made in US currency. Please make
checks payable to: Institute for Tropical Marine Ecology. Applications
for all programs are reviewed on a rolling admission basis, and
waiting lists are maintained for courses that fill early.

3
Finalize Enrollment:
Given a positive evaluation of your application,
you will receive our student confirmation packet to finalize
your enrollment. The confirmation packet will include your official
acceptance for enrollment, medical forms and tuition
payment due dates.
You can expedite the pocess by downloading and completing the 3
forms (below).
You
will have to pay a non-refundable course deposit within 21
days of acceptance in order to secure your spot. Tuition is due
30 days prior to the commencement of the program.
Preparing
for the Program and What to Bring
Students
that have been accepted to the program will receive periodic updates
from the field station. These updates will include new developments
(e.g. research projects / facilities / services) and a series of
tips and suggestions on how to best prepare for the programs (e.g.
things to bring, travel tips). Accepted students should also consult
the WHAT TO BRING list to get
an early start on travel preparations.
